New Site Logo?

Simple and recognizable to California. Its about as clean as I can get it with my limited skills, but you guys get what I'm getting after.  The font from the original "Bill" logo would be cool, but I cant get that on here right now.  I used the kayaker from the GS7 logo, hopefully Eric doesn't mind.  And there ya have it.  Peace.

At the very least, replace the ugly font in the masthead logo.

The fishing pole turning into the paddle is hella cool.  I also like the rice checker, altho I don't know if its very accessible to anybody just checking us out 

The rice checker is more of a Logo for people already in the know. The spin off of the California flag is for those who don't yet know.

And of course those in the know, know who was at the forefront of teaching those who didn't know how to tell if their rice cooker had the correct amount of water.

I found some motivation to draw last night while watching the A's game and came up with this.  I tried to get away from the kayak and fishing rod, but couldn't think of anything else.  The "NCKA" needs some finishing still.  Honest criticism is welcome. Thanks for looking.  Honest input is welcome.
