New Site Logo?

I actually think adding a speargun to the logo is an awesome idea! Seems to me the number of guys getting into spearing on this site is growing every year....but I'm probably biased. 

And a bow and arrow, and a shotgun, crabpot, ab iron, and just for Andy we'll add a mushroom knife!

Looks like a good time to get it off my chest. I've never really been into the ling head logo. Here is my suggestion to all you guys. In my opinion, the best, most iconic logos are the simplest ones. Hook1, YakAttack, Nike, Pepsi, Ford, Chevy, Hobie ect...All easily identifiable and simple. Something simple that represents kayak fishermen as a whole would be best. Like the outline of a fish, or a hook, or a rod and paddle. I'm not the greatest artist or have an eye for coolness, but I'll try and come up with something.

if the problem is the ling, why don't we replace the ling in the middle with a kayak in the middle?  something like the one on previous give me shelter shirts.

Well ... "well enough" is a subjective thing.  As discussed, there are a number of shortcomings in the current logos.
