Its unfortunate, but there was a report that someone cleaned their fish in the bathroom of stillwater south.  We do not know what the outcome is, but would just like everyone to know, if you see someone taking their fish into the restroom, please say something to them.   :'(

We would hate to lose access there, its such a nice spot.

If someone takes a fish in the bathroom that's just a little weird.

One bad apple. Sad.

None of those fish were cleaned... so it wasn't us.  ;)

We were the last to leave (in the dark) & the scales were still there in the sink.
I took a paper towel & swabbed most of em out.

Not sure if it was divers or pier fishermen, but either way, it's messed up.

Just a note:
(this is not directed toward anyone in this thread, but I believe the point is valid)
If you think something is gonna give fishermen/divers a bad rep, then address it.
Why would someone notice the problem then come online to complain about it without doing anything?
Deal with the problem, THEN bring it to attention... especially something so easily rectified.

The Pebble Beach guys I've talked to have all been very reasonable and friendly.
Some a bit stressed, but showing some respect and courtesy goes a long way!   :smt001

Just got off the phone with Kris Butterfield - Manager of The Beach & Tennis Club of SWS.  She mentioned that my call was the best thing she has heard in a long time.  She is excited that we want to participate in helping make folks aware of the rules, and to lend a hand in doing beach cleanup.  She is checking her schedule to let me know what days would be available, and she insisted that her staff and the public are warmly welcomed to participate in the event.  I expressed to her some of the ideas that I have received and she was willing to discuss those items with upper management/lawyer on those topics.  I mentioned to her that I will keep the forums that I am a member of updated with the information that she provides me.  She gave us many thanks and asked for my contact information.

I will keep you all posted, I think we are going to have a great relationship with SWS, now that we can contribute back and educate new folks to the beach.
