Is this gonna be a Tuesday-Wednesday thing?  29th-30th?  Hotplate and I were planning a one day "smash and grab" mission to the Gualala area...

I would love to get one more ab dive in. I like Albion.

Hey all I plan on being at Albion Sun Nov 27 late afternoon to Dec 1st.  I will have my yaks and our inflatable. (Sorry just somtimes I need to go to the powered dark side with a 2 stroke OB)  I have been busy with alot of stuff last couple months with no divin' or fishin.... So this is my yearly  end o season celebration. ABn'Spearn'Crabn' and a little Sailor Jerry.  Come on up and share the merrymentandmayhem

Planning on being in Ft. Bragg from Sunday through Tuesday.  Won't be bringing the kayak.  No plans on where to dive yet.  I'll check back before we leave to see if there's a place for hookup so I would know where to meet up.

Awesome! Let's hope for good weather! An overnighter is gonna be battle with the ol' lady, but I'm confident I can overcome!

Just came back.  Despite the nasty swell and wind, the vis was surprisingly good.  Monday was 20' in Fort Bragg.  I dove Van Damme today on the way home and while it was howling and white cappy inside the bay, the vis was still close to 20' once you got beyond the silt/sand bottom.  Got an hour at Albion and only saw short crabs.  Talked to a few guys crabbing at the dock and they got 4 legals out of over 70 shorts.

So we still doin this?  Swells look gnarley and the wind is gonna be blowing.  BUT, I'm still down if you guys are.  Just thought I'd check in and see if everyones still going.

Swell doesn't look bad on wed, but wind looks gnarly. Maybe a road trip up there to check out the conditions? Worst case, maybe we can do some shroom hunting if anyone has the know how, or just eat lunch and drive back down- whatever...
