It's still a couple weeks away but figured I would get the waiver attached for those who want to print it out ahead of time. The waiver is attached in my signature line on the roll call sheet (first post of this thread).

Legs the reason Ill b making it.  Sposed to do a final tuneup race that weekend of Caples.  But I dont forsee running anyTime in next five week with the way this flat tire is looking.  Sadly, that means ima cancel my trip to ITU World Championships week of Sept 7.  I Qualified for us national team in my age group to race in Beijing, but the multi sport seasons dunski for me now, sux.

Will see if my cuz is up for cannonball run up to caples. Can't run so I figured I'd paddle instead.  Lemons outta lemonade ...

Will probably be my last event for some time, I am going down hill fast, waiting on an email from the surgeon on what to do. Regardless we are coming even if I have to watch the kids compete! Nothing like spending a day or weekend at Caples to unwind! I am bringing the crawdad traps, Caples is LOADED with BIG mud bugs guys!

There are plenty of rooms avail.
We can get as many as we need ... up to about 20
