MBK Derby coming up quick!

If we are registered, is there a need to check in the morning of?  In other words, can we launch early?

No sorry, it's a gran prix start, to make things fair.  Launch at 7am.

Anyone got a campsite I could share? Of course I'll spit the costs.
Fri. nite and Sat. nite.
I'll be leaving from the Sac. area about 6pm, I don't know how long it takes to drive to Monterey, but I figure around 3+ hours with fri. traffic.
So I'll get there at about 9pm+.
PM me if anyone is game to share a site, I'll get the beers!

 I will gladly share a site with you at Veteran Park. I plan on getting in around 1pm Friday so I'll call if everything is a go. I'm not sure if I'm staying another night but will figure that out later. Plan on truck camping and just bringing the essentials(beer, chair, propane fire pit and a few other things)

Cook, I wasn't sure so now I have 1 less thing to deal with. Anyone else planning on camping here? Does it fill up fast on the weekend?

I will be camping fri night... There should still be room there. Have room for one car if you wanna split the bill...

Finally earned the minimum WAF points needed and got the 'green light' to attend the MBK event this weekend, and maybe fish on Sunday!!!

I to may need a place to camp car at Veteran's on Saturday night; if anybody got room for one more vehicle, give me a shout!

   Want to carpool? My ride share just cancelled on me.  I won't mention names, just initials, ATD. If you can't take 2 yaks we can take my truck. I know your Subaru gets better milage than my truck, but split it would be about the same as you going alone. If you can take 2 then it will be quite a bit less. I'm waiting to hear from Naoaki if he wants to camp or not also. If so I'm sure just him and I will ride together. Call me later if you want to. 916-202-2631

I will either be arriving Friday night or Saturday early morning. I don't know if there will be sites that night so I might just have to show up on Saturday morning. 

I will be the Saturday morning and will poss. have the Kraken with me.

OK, got the clearance for camping. Can I crash in someones spot (I'll gladly pay!), or should I get my own at Vets?

I get going with my smack talk and do end up pissing people off when I don't mean to. I was just trying to make it clear that it's all in fun
