Truly a once in a lifetime real esate offer is yours as my sister and I must liquidate
20 Acres just south of Bear Harbor in the Sinkyone National Park.  Property is Horse/Hike In or Kayak in only.  No Vehicle acces.  But that's what makes this property so special.  It rests in one of the last remote coastal areas on the planet.

California's "Lost Coast"

Property is surrounded by the park and Pacific Ocean.  Watershed, Creek, Waterfall down to private beach.  Some Doug Fir & Pine.

180 degrees of panoramic views.  Abalone, fish, snorkel, kayak right from your own private beach.  Rinse everything off in the waterfall....

Please see
for a glimpse of this stunning environment.

Asking price for 20 Acres on the coast is only 199K.

I am not a realtor.  My sister and I must liquidate this property to pay for estate taxes.

Best Regards to All,

Billy Bear

How far South of Bear Cove?  Is it in this satellite photo where the creek comes in?

Looks like it's another hour plus from Shelter cove.
Who has the horses to get our kayaks in there?

Hi

Thanks for the question.

The watershed comes in from Duffy's Creek

There's some fauna up in there that I've never seen before.

This piece of property is only comparable to a national park in southern Australia.

Cheers,

BB

Hi JWR

The property sits about 1 click south of Bear Harbor campground.

It takes a little hike but once you come out of the woods into the clearing,  you're there.

You can also yak in and that'll take about 5 minutes from Bear Harbor Beach, which is shown in the youtube vid.

Cheers bra,

BB
