A L.L.C. (Limited Liability Corporation) would work well in the situation, they are easy to set up and minimal regulatory maintenance.

The last one I was involved with we had a lawyer, it was much easier.  With this property and the number of people involved a lawyer would make everything go much smoother.

I am interested in getting in on this if its what we want. Is there restrictions on the use of the property? Buildings and such. Water? Would it be possible to drill a well. If there is no access currently by way of road.,does it stay that way? Sounds pretty cool.

  I'd  like a share !         As long as it doesn't cost  any parts of my anatomy...
