Are Canoes OK for AOTY fishing?

Upon further reflection, I think we should allow all forms of human-powered vessels to compete in AOTY....add canoes, kickboats, and pontoons (w/out motor). Think of it this way: they aren't going to win and it'll be more $$ for the site!

If your "fishing platform" has no scupper holes....then you can't complete in the AOTY.
