Crab and Camp HMB - Nov 6 Saturday

The permits can be obtained at the Harbor Master's office or by the self pay station by the launch ramp (right next to the bathrooms). The rate is $30.00 a night per vehicle (you can only sleep in your car / truck - no tents allowed).

did not see any bait action or birds working the area. they maybe on the outside or simply scattered. The outside was FAC today!!!

anyone bringing a pot and burner so we can cook and eat some of they catch. Being able to bring home cooked crab was awesome.

Anyone know about the 'gifting' rules?  Or when a crab is cooked does it still count towards your limit (knock on wood.. don't want to get skunked lol).

I may stop by and swim around the jetty to see what's out there.

Been here since 10am this morning, conditions were foggy, but it's very nice right now.  Freedove , right outside the jetty, about 3 foot vis.  Ate lunch just chillin, saw a white van park next to us with NCKA sticker and a green ocean kayak.  Will have to introduce myself when I see him.  We started in the upper lot parked closest to the Hmb kayak rentals.
