Just getting feelers for "Red Barn Classic" Tourney in the Fort Ross area

I have been planning and discussing throwing a fishing event for a while now.

Tentative date: The weekend of October 2nd, 2010. This would be a Saturday for the actual event.

Location:The infamous "Red Barn" on the Sonoma Coast. The only barn right before Reef Campground. This location will be available for camping and a few rv's. (more info on this later), will also be the location for awards ceremony and potluck!

Possible Launch sites: Fort Ross, Ocean Cove, Your secret spot, all details will be posted later.

I would love to give the kayak fishing community the opportunity to become part of history in having a connection with the infamous "Red Barn".

I love it up there in the fall that is when the vis start getting +25.

I think there's going to be a campout in Big Sur that same wknd too. No issues, just an fyi. It's all good.

 Been diving and fishing there since the late 70's. It aint what it once was and never will be again. The big red barn is gone now. Just a pile of wood and metal. We used to pay The Pedottis a trespass fee to get down there. The state took it back and fucked it up ever since.
