The San Anselmo creek is totally raging here, dog and i just checked it- and it is DUMPING, seriously DUMPING...i'm betting since the thunder and lightning didn't wake the fam up, the flood sirens will. Hopefully, it'll be after about 6am
was at 96% at 10pm last night, and it hasn't really let up

no pics??  :smt011 Here we go again  :smt009  (Mods, please ban this user :smt002)

The San Lorenzo actually looks pretty tame right now outside my window. Yesterday it was not only raging, but I could see the wave pulses moving upstream (I'm about 3/4 of a mile from the mouth)

A few logs & strainers heading to the sea today, and the water looks like the coffee Ravensblack is sipping :smt044, but otherwise it doesn't look bad, for now......

Last night we had one redwood branch come down, about 20' long and 8" thick at the base. It landed square on the top of the breaker box for our water system. It could have landed anywhere, but no it had to smash the box & tear it off the post its on. All wiring is OK fortunately :smt004, so I just reset the switch & it was good. There will be some repair necessary when this all calms down though....

Hey Mike, check out this CDEC site. It tries to predict future flows/conditions: http://cdec.water.ca.gov/guidance_plots/HEA_gp.html
Could be useful. Next week or the following week….

drove past one of the SJ feeder rivers on the way to work, definitely on the rise and muddy as heck. won't be catching any bluegills in there for a while for sure.  the rain doesn't bother me, its the darned wind that kept me off the water for the entire three day weekend.  howling.

As of now the snowpack is 91% of normal.  This system will probably push us up to above normal.

Let's just hope a warm storm doesn't come in early spring and melt it all at once.
