I second that the rain is great! As for sturgys, I'm thinking of going for a big Crappie now. I'll probably hook more and the bait is cheaper.

Sadly, that is probably what it would take to end our drought and replenish our lakes. :smt009

Even more sad is the fact that no matter how much rain we get to fill the lakes this year - It has already been sold and we will be low on water by Sept.

What a difference a day makes my ladder is 6' tall and it was a foot out of the water yesterday. We got 4" at my house and 6" up the hill at work just east of Lake Sonoma. The river went from 500cfs to 10,000cfs. I guess I going to have some repair some yahoo left his boat changed to the retaining wall on my beach and it's pulling it down it was straight yesterday and the river is stilling rising at about 1,000cf per hour.

Our rain is turning into the "white stuff", my son has been standing at the back window for an hour so I let him go play in the slush.

The San Anselmo creek is totally raging here, dog and i just checked it- and it is DUMPING, seriously DUMPING...i'm betting since the thunder and lightning didn't wake the fam up, the flood sirens will. Hopefully, it'll be after about 6am
was at 96% at 10pm last night, and it hasn't really let up
