Caveman here...  Spray it off with the hose and hang it on the fence.  You guys are so foof...   :smt005
it has been working for over 20 years!!(but hang it on a plastic hanger(you caveman you)  gotta do it on the same day though. Rinse booties the same. Make sure to "prop open" the openning, so that they will dry inside. After a few days, flip the suit and hang for a couple more days.
Fabreeze does work on somewhat mild oder, but if it smells like hell from the start, it will smell like Fabreeze with a hint of HELL!

Wait...we can wash our wetsuits? I always chose black wetsuits (even when neon-green was all the rage in 1993) due to their ability to mask pee stains. I'll have to ask one of the homies if I smell next time we fish. Because I get fish guts and pee on my wetsuit every week...even on the wknds I don't kayak fish, I'll take out the suit and piss on it for the sake of consistency (and I don't want it to get cold or lonely).
Oh, let me know if anybody needs to borrow a wetsuit. I have 4 of them.

I saw you do that last time and thought it was some kind of good luck mojo so I peed on it too

Adam said to Eve,  when she bathed in the river, "Great, now the smell will never get out of the fish!"  Dude, you are dealing with biblical proportions, and just best to let it lay.

If it smells like fish and not pee then there is a problem.  soak it in soap, spray with hose, hang on fence and that should do it. :smt012

waitaminit! who started this? oh, yeah, baitnbeer did....:smt033

my farmer john and my neoprene waders get hit with a long soak in a wader wash type shampoo. usually leave them overnight.. in an old large cooler that doesnt have a lid and now works as a washtub for such tasks... heck even my breatheables get the treatment...btw, thanx for tip on using an antibacterial soap..i'll remember that if my stuff ever gets that nasty.  :smt023

hose them off/out at least twice...kind of like using woolite on your favorite pendelton shirts..

as Cleveland might say about some of the habits expressed here;; ' that's just naaaassttyy"

one of the things i've learned up here while starting my salmon fishing endeavors is that lemon joy washing all your gear afterwards does seem to help attract the fish. dunno why, but it works good.

If you don't like the fish smell, try to catch a Skunk (a dead Skunk will also work) and stuff it in your wetsuit for a day.  I guarranty you won't smell fish afterward  :smt003

Wear it in the shower and use a shower brush and a small bucket with laundry detergent. Brush  away, then turn inside out and repeat. Knocks it all down a notch to an acceptable level. Increases the lifespan of suit as well.

I like wearing those standard rubberized fishing pants with suspenders. Actually feels good when you get crapped on by a fish instead of irritating. Keeps you much warmer and saves neoprene from sun damage as well.

My cat led me to another possible solution:

"As seen on TV"  "Urine gone!" "Stain and Odor Eliminator" "For Pet or People Accidents" "With Enzyme Action!"
"Urine Gone effectively removes new or old urine stains and odors from washable surfaces and fabrics.  Fast-acting Enzyme Action attacks urine and other organic matter (such as feces, blood, saliva and more) and essentially eats up their stains and odors.  Helps prevent dogs and cats from remarking their territory.  UrineGone is safe in pet areas and around the house." "Never use directly on people, animals or in pet litter."
