is that flyaker out there?

yup, sure was.

What a day it was!   Had a great time fishing with a great group of guys in a beautiful environment.  The trip was pure adventure, fun, teamwork and enjoyment from the first moment until we got teh last piece of gear up the cliff.   Had so much fun, we didnt want the party to end.

Andy -  you are great cook!  I couldnt believe you brought that professional grade, cast iron stove and propane tank down the cliff.    What a feast we had on the beach!   Tasty wild boar and the best fish tacos ever.    Sitting on the beach, munching the freshest fish tacos in the world, gazing out at teh Pacific from our private, pirate's cove after a good mornings' fishing - how does it get any better than that?!?!?!

Pat -  was a great pleasure to finally meet you.  You are one of the guys who first introduced me to NCKA and brought me into this wonderful family.

Porky, Stoggie, and others whose names escape me - it was fun fishing and feasting with you guys.

It was a memorable day and an adventure i'll never forget.    Cant wait to do it again.

OK, Andy has definitely upped the ante with the on-the-beach fryer! THAT is the way to respect "eating fish", no ice chest, just hot oil!

Looks like a killer day out! Man that cliff portage? In-Sane! I've got to try that sometime. I've never had to put climbing rope in my paddling gear bag before!

Seems it was a good weekend up & down our NCKA coast.

Daaaang....

I was wondering how Andy's boats got all beat up...  now I know you southern boys are dragging your kayaks up and down cliffs...  AND THE FRYER!!!!

Now I feel like a took for having my grill in my truck the last two trips to BH, but being too lazy/tired to grill afterwards...

Sin,
the tarpon looks great. way to get some serious blood on it.
I couldnt help but notice your hat.

go seahawks

Here's a shot of the new yak. Like a proud papa.

The Seahawks? Sheesh! You know that's a dirty seagull, right? One step below furbag on the ocean totem pole. And if I see Julian Peterson celebrate another routine tackle by pointing at the name on the back of his jersey...in an attempt to taunt Niner fans+execs, after they declined to retain him...I'm gonna throw the remote through the TV. Again. May Patrick Willis have mercy on his soul.  :smt013 :smt010 :smt044

And yes Beaner-crew, hanging out on the beach...enjoying a deep-fried treat that you caught 20 minutes earlier...with a frosty Gordon Biersch marzen in hand...and a choice of either chicken or wild boar for the appertif...is the only way we know how to do it. A fine tradition that began on the 08 rockfish opener at Stillwater. Back in the day. But we must keep the tradition alive--same # same hood, its all good. The FryMaster1...coming to a beach near you!

Andy, I think you might need to get the pack packer fryer made from an aluminum plow  :smt005 I love how this sport continues to grow, evolve, expand and bring good folks together... :smt023 good stuff
