Teaser time:

- A few of Domenic's powder-painted smaller bullet jigs - oh so tasty for the lingies
- The sweet seat that Greg/spedrcr donated for the tournee (thanks, Greg and Pro Sport center of Eureka!)
- The equally sweet fish bag/beer cooler also donated by Greg/Pro Sport

I'm having to start relaxation techniques as I can hardly concentrate...   :smt007

I had some stuff to take care of this weekend, but.... am riding the fence
Is there a site I could share if I change my mine by Thursday?

Come on up.  I'm sure you can share a site with someone.  If nothing available, you can camp at my lot about 1.5 miles from the camp ground.

Oh baby, I want to catch some fish like that!   What an ugly but simply awsome looking fish!

The seat is going to work great on my kayak!  Very nice.

How long is the walk from the campground down to the launch.  Is is rolleze-able?  I am just going to bring a strap and strap the cart onto the kayak, or slip it in the bow.  It it tight but will fit in my P13 front hatch.

I turned out a few more knockers and gaffs.  I lead filled all the knockers and got some more rope to put some turks heads on all the knockers.  I think the turks head knot on the gaffs will give another place to grab on the shaft.

I am so excited.  I have to finish packing, there are not too many days left!  I will get there late Thurday so i can hit the dawn patrol!  I have to sharpen my fillet knife and oil up my fry pan.  Fresh rock fish and Ab's...mmmmmm

The lures Domenic made are awsome looking!  I would almost eat those myself  :smt003

Matt

It's only 5 minutes walking from the camp ground to the launch (10 if you're walking real slow  :smt003) and any kayak wheels are OK as the road is paved.

I like the mesh pocket on the back of the seat. I have one that has a regular bag and it gets hung up in the plano box lid every time I close it.

Hey Matt, awesome job on those knockers. Are they for sale or a prize give away?
I would like to snag one of those from you if that's OK.

No PBR for me - I like Al's spread.   :smt007

Although I'm a snob for Sierra Nevada and will have a case of coldies at the ready at all times...   :smt004

I think the 'beer exchange' will likely totally overshadow the gear exchange!   :smt005
