I might be begging someone to drag my junk down, so i can ride the bike down...but i'm in.

If you make it a MBF let's take a % and donate to good cause to honor Chef

Yes, that is a good idea. This is not an event for profit.
Maybe a $10 MBF buy-in with 20% going to ACS in Chef's name. That w/b cool.

And Steve, just strap your yak on a Rolleez cart and tow it behind your bike! Hahaha!

Yeah, I guess it’s time to start a list of participants. The first 40 to respond are in. If we have more than 40 interested (including non-fishing spouses, etc), then we will need to reserve Group Site 2 also.
Remember, the format and details are still evolving. Nothing is set in stone yet….except for the fact that we’ll be camping and fishing in Big Sur on September 25-27. That is a fact!

Right now we have 45 people. And I can think of about 10 more people who aren’t on the list yet. So it looks like we’re gonna need to get Group Site 2 also.

My GF and I are both in.

How much was it to reserve the group site for the two nights? I got $50 on it.

In Loving Memory of Mooch, Eelmaster, Shicken, and Cabeza De Martillo

I started kayak fishing to get away from most of you...

OK. Just to make sure we don't lose the option of Group Site 2, I went ahead and reserved it for Saturday.
I didn't get it for Friday, yet. Because I first wanted to get an idea of how many people will be arriving Friday night---if more than 40, then I will go reserve Site 2 for Friday night too.

This means that we can now have 40 more people at the campsites. And while I doubt that many people will show up, it will be nice to have an additional 10 cars passes.
We can now have 20 cars at our sites. People who are carpooling/yakpooling will be given priority. Additional cars can park along the road, just outside the campground. Very short walk from the car to the site & vice-versa. In fact, you'll be able to see your car from the group sites.
