Awesome...BLOTY is shaping up.  I'll have a thread up early tomorry where we can post are starting entries.  Try and weigh yourself at the same time, on the same scale, in the same attire (or nekked) so your results are as consistent as possible.

I would be fine to do stealth entries.  Just PM your pics and secret BLOYT name.

Great idea, Sean. I'm in - it will take me couple days to get a scale and such. I like the stealth idea, too - thanks for starting this!

Hopefully this will motivate me enought to make time for more regular exercise and stay on top of my eating habits.

I was pig hunting yesterday with another mid-30's guy like myself and a 75 year old man who owns this 200 acre property up in the hills out of Healdsburg.  We had dogs out and it took all of 10 minutes for the hound to get on a pig.

Of course the first move for us was to hustle straight up a very steep hill about 1000 vertical feet and then traverse over to where the dogs were.  The old man worked both of us... this guy basically ran up the hill in loose leaf litter without taking a single break.

My buddy did an OK job of almost keeping up but almost passed out too.  I had to take a knee a couple times.  My fitness goal is now to be able to beat the old man up a hill like that.  He spends lots of time out there hiking in those hills and it was inspiring to see a man of his age in such good shape.  That 200 acre property is the best stairmaster around.

Anyhoo... that's my long winded way of saying that between this BLOTY and my experience yesterday, I'm very motivated to shed some pounds at the moment.

Formerly known as "sexy 240".....I'm now down to 230 lbs but can't seem go lower (perhaps I'm gaining muscles from my stand-up-paddle 3-4 times a week)

I'm definitely up for this challenge!

What a roiot!

OK I'm in.  My 14-yr old daughter had a friend over for dinner yesterday, and the topic was "dad's round little tummy."

That's enough.

I intend to skate and surf the tummy away....let's go!

I'll do it too.  My plan - less food, same beer, more fishing, more gardening.  ;)

Somehow I avoided gaining weight over the holidays, but I do still have a few pounds from the islander trip.  I did climb Mission Peak with my son last tuesday, I guess that helped.
