We saw Thomas Keller at Bouchon in LV and was a couple of booths away from us. The wife wanted a pic but it was best not to interrupt his dinner.

lol. We can show him what a Numba Wun Exta Laaaage is?!

If it were Bourdain, I'd be all up next to him trying to cop a feel. Major man crush right there... in a good way.

Let's see, the first really famous person I met was George Zimmer at Hungry Hunter when I was a kid. We shook hands.

Unless you like reggae music you might not know these guys but it was so cool for me to meet them:

At a show in Redwood City at the Little Fox I gave a doobie to Mikey Dread and he decided he wanted to smoke so he invited all of the people there to the green room (this was a small show if you know the little fox you know what I mean) and we had a fat session while the security shat bricks and eventually kicked us out of the green room and then the show resumed.

Met Lutan Fyah at Moe's Alley, he wanted to hook up with my friend and I don't blame him!!

There are a few others I can't remember the names right now, so many shows so many doobs. Another friend of ours has a radio show on KKUP so he would ask for interviews and sound bytes and we got to talk to and meet alot of the performers we were going to see. So much fun!!

Once at Reggae on the River I was offered I think LSD, I can't be sure, from a guy claiming he was Johnny Knoxville, and he did look like him but I will never be sure. He swore up and down and was pissed I didn't know who he was.  :smt044 My friend took the dose and I declined.
I'm still walking, so I'm sure that I can dance...

I ran into Davy Crockett at a Tenderloin liquor store in SF.

A bit creepy at first because he kept trying to hug me…….while mumbling something about wanting to show me his muzzle-loader?  No big deal, I could see in his eyes that he must have been on a week-long meth-scapade.

After the groping, Davy chatted up the liquor store owner and mooched a free gallon of Port, in a box, and a plate of spicey curry from his new best friends.

I left the store with Davy, and his hooker, and joined them around the corner in an alley for a swig of Port, where Davy taught me how to skin a road-kill coon with a Mikey’s Bigmouth cap, which was cool.

There was a recent sighting of D.Crockett over at Half Moon Bay....it seems like he has upgraded his weapon of choice.
