PK,

The inner pouring edge of aluminum cans tend to be sharp, maybe you need to pour the boy's beverage of choice into a sippy cup or bottle for him.   :smt044

Turns out one of my friends will be coming up to join us! :white   Unfortunately the knucklehead doesn't have a PFD or radio. :smt011   Anybody have an extra PFD or radio that they might lend him.  He has a yak and fishing gear, he just is missing the essentials. I'm a little concerned because of the possibility of wind and rain.  Thanks.

THANK YOU!!!!  That is what's most important.  I have a chincy walkie talkie set that I can give him so at the very least he can contact me should something go awry.

Thanks again Grizz!

I will be launching this afternoon out of Glory Hole and fishing the Angels arm. Will post a report tonight if I have web access in Angels Camp.  :smt006

Scott

Don't blow your wad too early like I did a couple years back at Kayak Connection's Father's Day tournament.  Caught what would have probably been the winning bass the day before while pre-fishing.  Got skunked on the day of the event - at least during the hours of the tournament.

Look forward to hearing how you did today.

Anybody hear anything about Janice attending?  Haven't read any recent posts in this thread.  Hopefully another one didn't bite the dust.

** Last minute change, due to the small number of partcipants we are not going to have a heavy stringer pot, just a heavy fish pot

Bummer on this little tidbit.  I was hoping that everybody would enter and thus somewhat sweeten the deal since we're having such a small turnout.  Oh well.  Probably better that way, I'll be $5 richer. :smt003

Thinking about bringing a 1/2 dozen minnows.  Any thoughts?

I'm willing to put the stringer $ in the single kitty to make it $15.

Me too!

Any report from GB2/Scott?  Doesn't surprise me that Angel's Camp hotels don't have internet access.  Either that or he did really well and doesn't want to share the wealth! :smt003  Can't say I'd blame him if that is the case.
