NCKA speerfishing comp ? saw the an old post about it

Did my post get deleted or did my phone glitch

I've had a few posts delete recently too.....I'd like some understanding of the censure policy on NCKA

I just through an idea out there , guess that's off limits??



There is a chance my phone might not of sent it tho.....lol
 

so whats the rules? i havent seen anything say no scuba! so can i burn a few tanks lookin for that 35 pound ling? orwould i lose points for the lack of waves and a broken pole spear? i can make the report say it was 15 foot swells and pitch black down there
