Quick question. Why don't most people shoot and eat perch? I don't do it cause no else really does.

too mushy for me..... Don't like the taste or texture of the meat.

I've tried a few times and almost convinced myself that they were OK to eat if I fried them enough and put enough spice on them!

If I knew how to make them tastier I would shoot them for sure, and if I am trying to bring home dinner (which I always am) and can't find anything else than that perchy is gonna die!!
