I wonder what it's like towing one of those in chop?

I'm super tempted to get one. I can fit all of my stuff on my tandem, but I don't always want to take my tandem and my Eddylines don't have much deck space (although they do have a nice rear tankwell), or much internal storage.

So here is what I'm thinking for food that I'll be bringing/cooking to share with others.  Going to stick with the BBQ and bring at least 20lbs of charcoal with me, a charcoal chimney and pair of tongs. I think that i'll also be bringing a dutch oven, but haven't started figuring out what gear yet.  But if I do bring it I'll be making:

Bacon wrapped brussle sprouts
Kabob Koobideh (Minced Meat Kebab aka swords of meat)
Marinated Chicken skewers
Man Beans (if you don't know, you wont until you eat them)
Cinnamon buns and Coffee for the morning
Some sort of Dump Cake desert
Maybe also do some sort of breakfast in the dutch oven

I'm bringing my gas grill and will be making fish tacos Friday night. I'll have yellowtail, mahi, wahoo, a small pack of corn and flour tortillas, and apple slaw. If someone can bring a nice salsa or two, or anything else you like with fish tacos, that would be nice.

For Saturday I'll have a pack or two of danishes to share in the morning. Will have two packs of hot dogs/buns and three packs of sausages. Got little containers of ketchup, mustard, vegetable oil, salt/pepper. Also got a roll of aluminum foil and a small stack of paper plates/bowls/cups.

Bringing a bottle of rum. Probably Papas Pilar.

I'm also bringing 2 bags of firewood that may need to be schlepped.

Alcohol might require a separate thread  (J/K)

Sweet, a grill will be nice for quick food, or maybe I can borrow space to cook brussel sprouts. 

EDIT: Also two bags/boxes of firewood and some kindling and a hatchet

There are tables, but I'd still bring chairs.  Will also plan on some shelter building, getting a large tarp and bringing cordage.

If PK brings his aluminum I have an EZ-Up I can bring.
