Thanks guys! This might be redundant, but..

Made it out to 57/22 yesterday and when I was setting up my DR, I saw a mark at 100'. I'm only running 1 deep setup and even though I've been marking them at 100 on previous trips, the magical 50 (and above) seemed to be getting most of the bites recently. What the heck, 100' it is. As I was setting up my 2 fly lined rods, the DR rod starts bouncing like crazy!

The previous fish on Sat was 60 fork/44 girth and took me over 3 hours to land and took several days for my arms to be able to reel again. Without first hand experience, some parents are usually cautious with their first kid and the 2nd one is left to fend for themselves. 😄 This one measured 61 fork/44 girth and took up the entire 72" killbag - nuts how they are practically twins. The best part is that it took 52 minutes to bring in and I'm ready to go again! Except that I have to work the rest of the week.

I was watching the forecast and was planning to tow down Friday and hit it Saturday but now the swell is up to 6ft 10s and that doesn't sound too fun. Absolutely killer fish. I've been out there 5 times the past 2 months and had one on but lost it just as fast. lots of foamers early on now the fish are more spread and deeper.. still got my fingers crossed ill find one

Looks like there's a small window on sat and is doable. I'm not sure when they're leaving so I don't mind a little wind
