You can select a charity and Amazon will give a little every time you buy. I chose Heroes On The Water.

Go to https://smile.amazon.com/ and there should be a little message pop up on the top left that asks you to select a charity.

Set your amazon link to smile.amazon.com so that each time you go there you're in that mode, and choose a charity as tedski mentioned. If you enter amazon from another link at purchase it''ll remind you to use the smile mode/site.
