Getting ready to enjoy in a few hours and hopefully see the old timer phil mickelson win the pga turney.

Not a golf fan by any means, but a HUGE fan of smoked fish 👍.  If I get lucky this week on halibut... I’ll be smoking some in the near future.  Enjoy!!!

Also cooked up some end pieces to make a salmon dip.

When I go to BC I always stop at the supermarket and get the candy salmon. They do them in honey flavor, pepper, all sorts. Addictive

Yes ! Happy for him. Definitely was not an odds favorite at his age but a Great fan favorite.

Love when we have the Crabfest at Bodega. Been taking my Dad the last few yrs. We always stop at the " Tides " for smoked salmon.

Electric smoker, right?  Any tips/times/recipes to recommend?  I think I'd like to get one to play with this year.

Salmon dip. Kept it simple. Olives,pickles, tomato,onion,some cream cheese ( left over from bagels) and thinned with mayo, salt and a little lemon pepper.
