Wheeleez 30% discount for clubs. Who should I contact?

Wheeleez (formerly Roleez) offers a 30% discount club deal on our beach carts and kayak carts for clubs/associations that put one of our banners on their web site.  Can someone tell me who I should contact about this.

We also have an affiliate program that will make NorCal Kayak Anglers a 10% commission.  But I couldn't figure out who to contact.

Wow... $118 instead of $169 for the kayak cart w/ big beach wheels -- plus a 10% commission to NCKA.
