Been wanting to do a little something as well. Contains fresh tomato, onion, garlic,cilantro, corn kernels,zucchini  and i think it was grated jack cheese .

It taste even better the next day after everything has meld .

 My zuchini and squash plants hopefully yield in about 2 weeks.

You make some happy goodness yourself...I'd eat them noodles and potstickers quickstyle.  My kids will wince when I say this first bite goes to Mojo...

What can I say except thank you .... to a fellow FOODIE!! I live for the flavor, texture, and occasionally nutrition, but the first to take 75% each over the later! Eat well my friend! 

 

  Not so fancy here.  Nuked potato, can of Stag Turkey chili over half the spud little tabasco to top it off. Some bag stir fry veg and tri-tip strips, Spaghetti, Good ol' bologna lettuce cheese tomato's sandwiches, some mac & cheese, Chili over rice.   Nothing fancy...

We've been snacking on variously spiced homemade potato chips.  Sliced in the cuisinart, dropped on a oiled sheet pan and baked at 375 for 15-18 min.

Super duper easy, fast

Lugaw for dinner tonight.  Classic Filipino comfort food , rice gruel with chicken.  Congee in Chinese or Arroz Caldo con Pollo served with hard boiled egg and fried garlic.  A side of Fried tofu with vinegar, soy sauce, chopped garlic, onions and peppers as a condiment.
