They are still open at this moment.  Phone number is
Phone: (707) 966-9179

Lady who answered said they have not been told to close, but they will put a voice message if they do; after 5 rings.

BUT all you bay area pukes are in lock down.  So I'd say you can't leave the house anyways.

Just seeing this post.  Late to the party again. Crazy few days.   Got in a bad car wreck and totaled my truck.  Few sore ribs but all were ok.  Last night dog got skunked.   And coronavirus freak out is kicking in up here too.  I could sure use some time fishing with friends but I’m feeling the whole social distancing thing.  Not for myself but for the people I care about.  Thanks SinCoast for making the call.  It’s much appreciated.

Hopefully this thing works itself out soon!

Oh shit !, sorry to hear that buddy, hope it gets better for you soon. Based on that news I may just hang out at Shasta for a few days instead, still not going to work  :smt002, take care all as this crap is getting very real. As much as I love my old stomping grounds ( Berryessa ) I have my In-laws living next door that I must consider.
Remember to practice safe knots, because big fish don't just break your line, they also break your heart.

It’s still ok to leave your house, you can even go fishing. Just can’t do it in large groups.

Napa shelter in place, Placer should be announcing by the end of the day, gonna pull the trigger and cancel our trip to Berryessa this coming weekend :smt010 :smt011 :smt088 :smt089. With family, new babies and possible layoffs and shut downs. We are just going to stay local. For those still going, Catch some for me! I'll be headed to home depot right after work for supplies to finish some home projects. See ya's on the other side :beer2
my new name should be Ostridge. Got my head in the sand. Going fishing and letting go of the other stuff I can't control anyway!

Home Depot still doing lots of business with folks off and spring cleanup underway.
I have not cancelled my site 11.
Wife still seems OK for me to disappear for 2 days.
That’s benefit from working from home for last 10 or so years. Haven’t been at Berry since last year and need to get that skunk removed. A year more experience I am hopeful to get some Crappie or maybe a trout or even a Kokanee.

Will be socially distancing but happy to share some beer and I think we should be fine around a fireplace 6 feet apart. I assume there will still be a few there but understand if many cancelled. Obviously everyone should stay home if they know to have been in contact with someone with the virus. It becomes clear it was already spread much more than anyone knew.

Actually surprised this camping site is still open. Might change in the next days.

Looks like I’m skipping this one too. We are on vacation in palm springs and I was planning to fly home solo on Thursday night then go camping at Berryessa. But my wife talked me into cancelling my flight. Seems like the smart thing to do. So, unless we all drive home Thurs/Friday, I’m not gonna make it to Berryessa :-( It was a tough decision.

Looks like the weather forecast is turning on us for the worse now as well. Gonna be cold and probably even some rain. Winds probably over 10 MPH.
Still want to go but might change my mind and donate the fee to the place. Wind and rain and cold is just not good combination.
Will decide Thursday.

I ended up checking out Steele for some proper self distancing after leaving storage and picking up my sweet T13..I had no intentions of going fishing and happen to have my kayak box a few rods and my dive gear that I decided to keep with me instead. Got to Steele around 5pm and met trinity at the Kiosk. Nice woman. She said there has be no word of any shutdown around there and all camping vendors around the lake are still open. She said the campground for this weekend is almost booked still with 3 sites remaining.  Paid her my 15 and continued on. Lake was Gorgeous and all to myself. Realized tho I didn't have e a paddle..shitballs. Got creative and taped one of my dive flippers to my painting pole and it worked like charm :smt003..Went one for two on the beautiful eagle trout.  Self distancing at its finest. Looking forward to being up there this weekend
