2019 treated me well from a fishing standpoint.   The cold water was definitely better to me than the warm but I did sneak in a smalley or two worth catching.  Best of all I got to get out in the fresh air with friends and (most importantly of all) my son, who turned 15 in October just days, it seems, after I held his tiny little 5lb body in my arms for the first time.  Tight lines, all.  Be safe, have fun, and let's keep hitting the water in 2020!

My biggest fishing goal for the coming year:  A MACK IN THE 'YAK!!!
