Hi  Guys I'm looking for a small motor home.  Anyone have one they want to sell or info where to buy make model? Bathroom and shower would be nice. Something small enough to get around town/parking, but also could be lived in for a long weekend.
Thanks

Check out this place in Gilroy
They have a big selection of new and used RVs
You can at least get an idea of what’s out there and narrow it down and compare pricing elsewhere.

Consider getting an inspection before buying. I’ve been researching motorhomes and have read some horror stories. I considered Leisure Travel Vans until I figured out that the weight limit on the sprinter chassis is mostly used up by the weight of the conversion. I’ve heard horror stories about Rv dealers also. Camping world has a pretty bad reputation online. With all the people living full time in rvs there is a lot of info on YouTube.

Good thing you added this. I never would have guessed that you were looking to rent someone’s Rv from reading your first post.

Thanks for the heads up. Living in an rv sounds tempting. Lol . Def looking around for something that won’t stand out when parked.  :smt005

There are some groups out there like VRBO/AirBnB for RVs. Might be an option for you.

A google search on "owner rented rvs" yielded a bunch,

I've never done it but seen some pretty good reviews.

I love full time in a 40 ft Sierra Bunk house, love it.... for incognito but a cargo van and convert it yourself, a little carpentry and some electrical work and your set. We did that back in the day with a 77 Dodge van, had a underside draining ice box and a dinette I custom built to drop into a bed. Kids out grew it.

Check out Roadtreks.  I have had mine for a little over 5 years and wouldn't trade it for anything. I get 15-18 MPG and have most of the comforts of a much larger traditional RV.  Roadtrek is not a cheap option but if you want quality construction and comfort; you can't go wrong.

My new (slightly used 4700 miles) baby !!! 2019 Roadtrek SS Agile
My brother has had the same one for three years and I loved cruising in it. After searching for almost a year finally found the one we wanted in Scottsdale. We have put 2000 miles on it in less than a month while still working 60+ hours a week.

Last week we removed the “ continental “ spare tire assembly and tucked the spare tire under the bed/couch.

The BEST part is the mileage. Driving it back from Scortchdale we averaged a bit over 22 mpg. Last weekend we averaged 18+ on the coastal roads...sweet!
