60lbs?!
Is that with all the accessories...or bare?

Guess it doesn't matter because I don't got the cash for one anyways.

Very interesting.  Does anyone know what is included in the "package" that takes the price up by over $1000?

Doug, don't quote me on this but I think the package may include the humminbird ff  (don't know which model), paddle, seat....basically "the works".

I guess it may also depend on the dealer itself. Anyway, it's safer to wait and see rather than assume anything yet....

Don't worry there is a ton of leg room on this one, unless things changed drastically from the ones we test paddled.

Jim, will the Plano Marine Dry box still fit on the slot behind the seat?

It's hard to tell for sure, but it looks like they cut a channel through the footwells so they don't turn into mini-lakes like on the Prowler 15.

I think everyone that has been holding off buying a kayak until this boat came out will be very happy they waited.

Inseam or height is not a good measurment to go by with kayaks. The length of your leg combined with the thickness of your body is the true measurement. In other words a guy that is 6' and 280 may need a longer cockpit than someone that is 6'5" 200. I guess we could call this your seated length. Measured from your back to the bottom of your feet while sitting with legs straight out.
I can tell you that this is the longest cockpit length in the OK line.

Absolutely  :smt002 I've become very attached to my dry box / rod holder. I'm glad that feature did not change.
