Hello.

I have a crew back with a short bed truck.  I also have a travel trailer that I take camping as often as possible.

I want to bring the kayak (as soon as I get it) along with me when we camp near water.  So, I cant have the kayak hanging too far beyond the back of the truck or it will end up hitting the travel trailer.

from a support and ease of loading perspective,  should I be looking at a roof rack system for my truck,  or a truck bed rack system?  Seems to me that the truck bed rack might leave too much of the front of the kayak "unsupported"  while the roof rack might split the difference,  but perhaps I am over or even under thinking the whole thing.

Thanks.
