Newbie from Fresno

Like a lot of others on here I’ve been lurking for awhile and finally pulled the trigger on a Hobie. Been kayak fishing for awhile now but mainly fresh water looking forward to hitting the salt for some flaties and stripers. Thanks for having a great site and see you guys out there!

You know I’ve never been able to figure out where Fresno lies i don’t think either the north or south wants to lay claim lmao smokes bad though the Ferguson jumped the Merced river so it’s gonna be off to races so not expecting clear air for awhile.

Between Ferguson Carr and Donnell fires all my favorite fishing spots are burning. As for claiming Fresno i think you are sol. Libs dont want it and too many illegals for the gop so you get to pass in both worlds. SONOCAL?

Fresno is right in the middle. We get to pick from Southern Cal to Nor Cal to Central Coast to Eastern Sierra lol

Fresno is more norcal then socal.
Its technically further north than Salinas...and nearly even with Hollister. But nobody ever questions Hollister’s affiliation haha

The exact center of California is about 40 miles from Fresno in North Fork
