Another reason for me to cringe when I see guys eating sashimi fish fresh caught. The stuff that is served in restaurants has to be frozen at a certain temp for a few days to kill the bad stuff.

Yeah freezing is probably the safest.  I don't want to be on the monsters inside me show.

Huh, is that what those dark spots are on all my rockfish.  I just thought they were flavor crystals.  Little bursts of flavor when you chew them.  😀

Freezing at -31F wow.  Most freezers I've seen don't get that cold.  Lowest I've seen is -10F
