Aird Coastal (lefty in stock only) $49.99 - anyone have experience with this reel? reviews seem sort of hit and miss, and sparse.  but seems like a good price for a small baitcaster that is saltwater rated.  i've sort of blown through my baitcaster budget so can't really ante up the cash to test this one like the ones i have coming in the pipeline.  they do charge tax in CA though, so it would be around $55.

Tatulas seem like a decent value although i believe their prices are on par with others i've seen.

and if anyone is curious, i was able to stack the 10% off gift card offer with another order i made - purchased the gift cards first, took about 4 hours to arrive, then used them on 12 days deal.  the risk of course would be if the item you ultimately want to buy ends up going out of stock before you get the gift card issued.

What the hell, I'll take a $50 flyer on the Aird coastal. Been looking for a simple reel for all those bay halibut I'm not catching.
