A cabezon over 20" is very respectable.  22.5" would be personal best or better for lots of experienced folks.  Probably 6 to 8 pounds.

It's bigger than a 22" cab so you got that going for you. :smt001
 Not as big as a 23" however :smt011

All joking aside now I say that's a great fish. You start getting some nice chunky fillets when they get that big. I'd say you did really well
