PIF PayPal CutOff

I want to make sure we get all pre-event sale tickets made up and in the raffle...

Sara (SaintOfCircumstance) has graciously offered to do it this year so am giving her the list to make them up.

 

How about we say cutoff for buying tickets via PayPal is 5pm tonight?

That way I can PM her the final list and she can get them made up at home instead of having to work on it at the beach tomorrow, where she will also be selling tix and holding down the fort etc.

The only exception to this would be if someone shows up at the event and wants tix but doesn't have cash...then they could buy via PayPal on their phone and show us the confirmation message and we would give them tix...

Does this sound ok to you all?
