Unless Brian/Rich really have their hearts set on butchering up a pig, I think this is likely the best option.

Now, can anyone NCKA express this up to Albion by Friday evening.  I need to get my marinade on a day before the roast.

I am all for doing it. Time is key, I am working right up until I leave, so this would have to be the night before, or two and keep it on ice. If the pig is available at that price, gutted, scalded, scraped, and ready to go.....I would go that route. Easier, but if the desire is the whole process being done from farm to fork, I will do it no prob. Let me know.

Get the gutted and cleaned pig VK can line up. We can always get together later when the weather is cooler to do a pig slaughter when we all aren't so crazy busy.

Plus, I don't want Craig stressing over more than Andy choking his chicken at the campground.

Killing a pig would be a step up for Andy! from what I hear he is on the retrieval side of things....lots of things
