Santa Rosa Meat and Poultry does whole hogs at $2.29/lb. I just did this last month, got a 74lber, worked out great. Just need to call them up.

my wife`s Uncle owns G&G supermarket in Santa Rosa/Petaluma...let me see what I can do...

For a fresh butchered pig @100 lbs it is about $220.

Live 100 lb pig is $160. Who wants to help butcher in Lodi? I am not bringing a live pig to Albion.

Easy peasy. Blood sausage wouldn't be done by Albion. I could have it ready to go in no time if you needed me to.
Trench out a slot, put tank over. Put turkey fryer burner under in the trench. Easy peasy ;) #cowboylogic
