First of all, it is a serious question.  :smt044
I am looking for older eggs 20-24 days eggs.
Oliver egg ranch (younger eggs only 14-18 days).
Ranch 99, Lion SM and other Asian markets do not have date.

Is there a place around here I can find them ?

Chet, the date will be factor, and you don't really want them 24 days because, they should have hatch by that time. 21-23 days is the hatching period in the incubator. :smt044

14-18 are the average balut, I think you preferred longer because the embryo will be wrap in white and taste better. There is a way to maximize the date. I buy the ones from Farmers Market in Alemany. She will tell how many days they are and if they are fresh, I'm sure they are cause if I come around noon its sold out. What you can do is, buy the 14-18 days, then look for wood shavings (kusot) burry them for a day or 2.

Every Saturday, but you have to be early cause they get sell out quick, I normally get between 20-40 pieces alone.

I know a lot about Balut, I finished my school selling them.

Since these are ducks its around 28 days. also depends on  the humidity of the incubator. You don't want them to be on the 20 days range. 19 tops and known to be best, at least when I was a vendor

There's a filipino market next to 7-11 on Flickenger and Hostetter, check with them.  Balut is a an awesome OTW snack - Easy to carry and it gives you more energy than a Power Bar.

From my knowlege, duck eggs do not need to be incubated, so if you want more mature duck just buy the younger ones and wait it out under room tempurature(ish)
