From my knowlege, duck eggs do not need to be incubated, so if you want more mature duck just buy the younger ones and wait it out under room tempurature(ish)

Salt and Vinegar. I will try everything within my power to get some for GSX. I will have to ask FM1 to try it not GAG hahaha

I can relate to that.  but it is really tasty if you can eat them.
Like I was invited to eat Tarantula, no way I would eat that.
It's a real delicacy part of the SE Asia.

There's a filipino market next to 7-11 on Flickenger and Hostetter, check with them.  Balut is a an awesome OTW snack - Easy to carry and it gives you more energy than a Power Bar.

I have never blown chunks while on the water. But if you start eating balut in front of me at Bean Hollow, that might change.
