If you don't know of it, you should.

http://www.metalmartrancho.com/index.php

I got everything you see in the pic for under $147, and that includes 3 cuts.

2 sections each of 3' ~1/2'' and 3/4 inch all-thread, all the nuts and bolts and washers and all the metal.
A lot of the metal you see was $1 per lb.
If you have a project in mind that requires a lot of metal, this is the place to go.
Very well organized inside too, not like searching through a scrap yard.

I've been going to South Bay Metals in San Martin lately.  Not too friendly but a good supply.  Gotta go pick up a bunch of 1x3 tubing this week.  Also use Mercury Metals in Watsonville a bit.

Nice to know there's a good place up yonder way.

Mechanical shooter with windage and elevation adjustments.
If your bow is tuned right it should put the arrow in the same home every time. Takes out the human factor.
If it doesn't hit the same hole, you can find out what needs to be tweaked.
It's between $1200 and $1500 new.

I've bought lots of small pieces of steel and some chain link fencing from Metal Mart but I have never bought any nuts or bolts, etc.
Is it a lot cheaper buying nuts & bolts by the pound?
