I plan on hitting the water the weekend before, and I'd be glad to give to the cause.  I'll keep you posted on what I end up catching.  Sadly, my freezer is bare.

I had a second freezer that had fish in it and I did not know it. Now I have one freezer with a bit too much fish. Shh don't tell anyone.

I can get the buckets to SPD. Need to find someone to get the fish and buckets moved back and forth to you from there.

I have 6 55gallon plastic drums that originally had soy sauce in them out in my arena. Horse like to roll them around.

Possible change of plans.Marvin Lau (Schicken) has offered to smoke some brisket and pork for tacos for us. This is an opportunity to good to pas up. I think we should jump on it and postpone the fish tacos til Shelter cove.Marvs smoked meats are legendary in my world.
