that's not me at all. once saw something similar posted by jonsi from Sebastopol. people on the site explained to him how to use the quote. I in turn figured out how to use it. my question is how do I put a link on this forum. probably sound really stupid to most of you. any help would be appreciated. I just recently figured out how to do a screenshot so here's the link.

You mean post a link like the one below?

http://jacksonkayak.com/blog/author/jimrussell/

Go to the page...highlight the address in the browser bar at top...copy it, then paste it here...

But maybe you're talking about something else...

Click once on the address bar. Use keyboard shortcuts.

Ctrl+A (hold ctrl down then press and release the "a" key, then release the ctrl key)

Ctrl+C

Then click in the reply area where you are typing what you want to post.

Ctrl+V

Done and done.

On my iPhone I double tap the address bar on top and then tap select all. Then double tap the reply box and tap paste.

Click on the bar on the top of the screen on the phone it should highlight it...click it again and it should give you the option to copy....

Then come here and click where you want to paste it and it should give you the option to paste....

If you want to post an ad you should ask permission or pay for it, I deleted your ad.

Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

wasn't trying to sneak an advertisement in and I apologize if it seemed that way with that being said I can understand why you deemed it necessary to delete how to screenshot
