It's a longnose chimaera.  Can be found as by-catch when fishing deep in may parts of the world.  Pretty rare, but not so unusual. Or so says the interwebs.

Looks like a ratfish
Pronounced in Spanish  ka·be·za de mar·t·yo
Translates to Hammerhead in English for my Gringo amigos.
