Ok guys its Official like a Referee's Whistle. This year we'll be having a Fish N Chill @ Steele Canyon Resort. If you been here before this time of year, then you would know the Fishing is nothing short of Epic. The Hills are lush Green, the Deer and Turkeys will be Roaming and Gobbling the Campground and ALL THE FISH WILL BE BITING! All friends and Family of NCKA our welcome and Newbies who never been too.  If your interested in attending just for the day thats ok and of course we'll have our NCKA style potluck going both for lunch and Dinner. The whole campground will be open but as of right now sites our booking quick..the upper campground(sites 1-22) are prime, near the water and where Me and my Family will be staying. We'll have 20-22 sites on Lock and Potlucks will be there.If you want to Camp I urge you to BOOK NOW!!!

Fees: Day use is $15 and includes kayak launch
$10 per extra car per night after the 2 car max for each camp site

Berryessa is a great place to fish and recreate. The lake holds 3 species of bass(spots, smallies, and Largemouths), Big Channel Catfish, Crappie, Bluegill and Perch, Trout, Landlocked King Salmon, and my favorite Kokanee Salmon. So pretty much bring all your tackle cause they all will be biting and this is one of best times of year to fish Berry. Fill free to Chimme In and Join the fun. See you guys there

I'll be there the 30th and the 1st. I may get the 29th off too... Maybe spend 1 day on cold water fish and 1 day on warm water fish.....

I launched at Cappel at Berryessa today.  Lots of marks ( probably kokes ) at 60-80' just a bit outside Steele.  Sadly, I forgot my downrigger
