Fry Discs

I just gooled Galt. Sorry not in your neck of the woods I was thinking of another place.

  Hey if any of you own a wash tub and use it as a fire pit  and also have a disc, the disc fits perfectly on the tub and doesn't lean. We love that thing. And when cooking fajitas cook the meat in bottom and line the whole top w the tortillas. You can do a shit load at once
   And if disc has rust on it then just grease the crap out of it and put it on fire upside down and clean it. These things are the bomb. If you have 2 discs put a lip on one of them and you have an oven as well. Just use somehing on bottom of disc that's on the fire to keep it from burning. Just my 2 cents. JB

I was actually wondering what methods could cause some type of health issues in the manufacturing of these things.  I really liked working with the one Jack brings to the taco shack. 

I have no skin in the game on who is a good guy and who is not.  But if I can figure out how to make one or get someone to help me I would love to own one or two.  What is the process in seasoning it.  Do you heat cooking oil into it numerous times and will it season like an old cast iron pot or rust a lot.
