2017 AOTY Rule Suggestions - go for it

I assume people replying to this thread are AOTY participants.

I have been and would like to be for 2016.  When does it go live for this year?  I'm guessing that similar to prior years, we can pay under the previous year's account and it will count for '16?

If this is the case, I've been entering illegal fish for quite some time.   

Where do you draw the line as this would include all of the East Bay Regional Parks lakes and many of the East Bay Municipal Utility District's lakes.

There is no such rule.

Fish caught from waterways with restricted access to the public, such as members-only or private waterways or aquaculture operations are not allowed. Fish caught from waters where anglers have to pay on a per fish basis, such as trout farms, are not allowed.

I hope not, I've only have caught 1 in almost 10 years of kayak fishing!
