We don't want to take your guns...read H.R. 4269

Folks this was moved forward in the Congress, every Democrat signed it.  Most likely it won't pass, but this could all change after November next year. The name of this new proposed piece of legislation:

"The Assault Weapons Ban Bill,"  don't think this won't be a tool used in during the elections.  Please read it, and see what firearms, and magazines you will no longer be able to purchase.

Can we please ban politicians who dont know a shotgun from a rifle from commenting about gun control for any reason please.

In the past week I've had two girls ask me to take them gun shopping! Neither of these girls has shot a gun before or really had any significant interest in owning a firearm until now. Keep doing what you're doing Obama! It's working for myself and gun manufacturers everywhere

Sales go way up on scary looking guns every time they do this crap. It's like prohibition. Everyone went nuts drinking once they were told they couldn't. Human nature.

Pretty much... For some dumb reason Americans choose to ignore actual facts and statistics, and instead grasp onto anecdotal evidence like their lives depended on it. They actually CHOOSE to live in fear. Scared someone from a different part of the world is going to attack them... Scared someone who's skin is a different color is going to attack them... Scared someone with a different religion is going to attack them... Scared someone is going to take their guns away... Scared they might not be able to buy any more big ol' assault rifles to pacify them and fend off whatever it happens to be that scares them, so they all run off to buy MORE GUNS...

All I can say is I'm glad I don't live like that. Sounds exhausting...
